无创正压通气技术治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效分析被引量：7

摘要目的:探讨无创正压通气技术应用于急性左心衰竭(ALHF)治疗的效果及其对患者动脉血气相关指标的影响。方法:选取148例ALHF患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各74例,对照组患者进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联用无创正压通气技术。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后动脉血气、心率等指标。结果:2组患者治疗后Pa CO2、Pa O2、LVEF、SI、CI及LCWI均明显升高,呼吸频率、HR均明显降低,且治疗组患者各指标较对照组变化更显著(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组患者的总有效率明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:无创正压通气技术治疗ALHF疗效显著,且能显著改善患者临床症状。
