摘要
采用防腐功效评价研究天然来源防腐剂Microcare~?SB、Dermosoft~?1388和Geogard~?Ultra在化妆品中的抑菌性能,提出了新型的复配防腐方案,并研究了在不同的剂型配方中,其用量和p H对抑菌效果的影响。结果表明:当复配物中Dermosoft 1388质量分数为1.50%、Geogard Ultra的质量分数为0.4%~0.5%,且体系的p H在5~5.5之间,复配物在各种剂型配方中均有良好的抑菌效果。
Bacterial inhibitory performance of a blend of Microcare SB、Dermosoft 1388 and Geogard Ultra in cosmetics was studied by antimicrobial efficacy test. Effects of dosage of the antibacterial agents and p H of the system on inhibition result were evaluated. Results showed that when the mass fraction of Dermosoft 1388 was 1.50% and Geogard Ultra was 0.4% to 0.5%, as well as the p H 5 to 5.5, the system provided good antibacterial performance.
