中小学在职教师线上有偿授课现象的社会学分析

摘要 从社会学角度出发,探究中小学在职教师线上有偿授课现象出现的动力机制:"两次嫁祸"带来的社会问题、教师制度形态文化资本积累的需求、教师的经济诉求以及"互联网+教育"的社会变革。基于提高教师经济地位、彰显教师知识权威、教育资源合理配置的考虑、积累社会资本,中小学在职教师线上有偿授课具有存在的合理性。认清在线教育行业面临的缺乏规范化运作规范、与学校教育存在冲突以及消解学生社会交往互动能力的发展困境,对正确看待中小学在职教师线上有偿授课现象十分必要。 From the perspective of sociology, this paper explores the motive mechanism of online paid tuition for in-service teachers in pri- mary and middle schools is lies in the social problems brought about by the utwo blending,,,the demand for teacher system and cultural capital accumulation,the teacher’s economic appeal and social changes caused by “Internet + education” . Based on the consideration of improving the economic status of teachers, accumulating social capital, highlighting the authority of teachers * knowledge and reasonable allocation of educa-tional resources,it is reasonable for in-service teachers in primary and middle schools to offer online paid courses.lt is very important for cor-rectly considering the phenomenon of online paid tuition for in-service teachers in primary and middle schools to understand the online education industry facing a lack of standardized operation, the conflict with school education and dispel the development dilemma of studentsJ social inter-action ability.
