摘要
针对传统同轴腔体带阻滤波器的直线型设计所带来的单一维度尺寸过大的问题,根据滤波器设计指标需求,设计了一款基于空腔型阶跃阻抗谐振器(Step impedance resonator,SIR)和U型矩形同轴线的窄带带阻滤波器,使用电磁场仿真软件HFSS进行建模与优化仿真。仿真结果表明,滤波器中心频率1GHz,相对带宽2.5%,阻带抑制达到38 d B,具有良好的滤波特性,同时实现了滤波器全维度优化设计,结构布局更加紧凑合理。
To solve the large size problem of the linear design in traditional coaxial cavity bandstop filter, a SIRcoaxial cavity narrow bandstop filter with U-shaped rectangular coaxial line was designed. The simulation softwareHFSS was used as a model to optimize the simulation. The results showed that the designed filter center frequency was1GHZ, relative bandwidthwas 2.5%, and stopband rejectionwas 38dB. The filter showed good filtering characteristicsand the whole dimension optimization design was realized. The structure layout of this filter was more compact andreasonable and had good application prospect in microwave communication.
