摘要 加热炉是炼化装置主要耗能设备之一,有必要对其运行状况进行及时、全面的综合评价。现行的加热炉评价通常以热效率作为主要指标,如烟气氧含量、过剩空气系数、排烟温度、表面温度等指标仅做参考,因此不能全面反映出加热炉运行的综合性能。通过使用基于熵权的灰关联法,通过计算某炼化项目加热炉各评价指标的影响权重、各加热炉对理想状态的关联度及各指标对热效率的影响比例,得出了各加热炉的综合排名。提出了加热炉改造优化的参考顺序,为企业加热炉的节能优化工作提供了具有可操作性的依据。 The heating furnace is one of the main energy dissipation equipment of the refinery and it is necessary to make a timely and comprehensive evaluation of its operation condition. Thermal efficiency is often taken as the main index for current evaluation of heating furnace, other indicators such as flue gas oxygen content, excess air coefficient, exhaust temperature, surface temperature are only for reference, so the comprehensive performance of heating furnace operation can notbe fully reflected. This article uses the grey correlation method based on entropy weight, by calculating evaluation weight of each index of the heating furnace of a refining project, correlation degree of ideal status of heating furnace and affecting proportion of each index to heating efficiency,the comprehensive ranking of each furnace is got. We also propose the reference sequence of optimizing the reforming furnace to provide feasible basis for the optimization of the energy saving of the enterprise heating furnace.
