炼化装置浮头式水冷器的内漏控制

摘要 水冷器广泛应用于炼油化工装置,但管束内漏却一直困扰着炼化装置的长周期运行而成为瓶颈。以碳钢浮头式水冷器内漏控制为例,通过检索文献结合工程应用,从水侧腐蚀、防腐涂层、设计合理、制造可靠、使用管理、水质监测等方面对内漏控制进行了讨论发现,合理应用不锈钢管束替代碳钢管束是一解决碳钢水冷器内漏的可行方案,较碳钢管束的涂料防腐应对循环水腐蚀更为有效。这一方案的实施需要水冷器的制造与使用、循环水管理等相关方共同协调,同时还需装置检修时容器检验结果的配合,以保证水冷器的材质安全,水冷器处于完好状态,满足炼化装置长周期运行要求。建议炼化装置中碳钢管壳式水冷器根据使用条件合理使用不锈钢管束替换碳钢管束,有效控制水冷器内漏。 Water cooler is widely used in refining and petrochemical units,but the internal leakage of tube bundle becomes a bottleneck as it has long affected the long period operation of refining and petrochemical units. Taking the internal leakage control of carbon steel floating head water cooler as an example,this paper combines literature searches with engineering application to analyze the internal leakage control from the aspects of water side corrosion,anticorrosion coating,reasonable design,reliable manufacture,use management and water quality monitoring.The results show that reasonably using stainless steel tube bundle to replace carbon steel tube bundle is a feasible solution to the internal leakage problem of carbon steel water cooler,because it is more effective than the anticorrosion coating of carbon steel tube bundle in resisting circulating water corrosion.The implementation of this scheme needs the joint control by relevant parties concerning the manufacture and use of water cooler and the circulating water management,as well as the periodic vessel inspection during unit overhaul,so as to ensure the intrinsic safety of water cooler,achieve the serviceable condition of water cooler and meet the long period operation requirements of refining and petrochemical units.It suggests that stainless steel tube bundle should be reasonably used to replace carbon steel tube bundle of carbon steel shell and tube water cooler in refining and petrochemical units based on actual conditions to effectively control the internal leakage of water cooler.
