摘要
目的探究持续性与间断性蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选择2014年8月至2016年8月我院收治的96例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。观察组给予间断性蓝光照射治疗,对照组给予持续性蓝光照射治疗。对比两组疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.8%,对照组治疗总有效率为91.7%,两组治疗总有效率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组间接胆红素、总胆红素、总胆汁酸水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用持续性与间断性蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸均能够达到良好的疗效,但经间断性蓝光照射治疗可有效避免不良反应的发生,值得临床推广采用。
Objective To invesligale the clinical effecl of conlinuous and inlermillenl blue light irradialion in the lrealmenl of neonalal jaundice. Methods A lolal of 96 cases of neonalal jaundice lrealed in our hospilal from Augusl 2014 lo Augusl 2016 were selecled and randomly divided inlo conlrol group and observalion group, wilh 48 cases in each group. The observalion group was given inlermillenl blue lighl irradialion lrealmenl, lhe conlrol group was given conlinuous blue lighl irradialion lrealmenl. The efficacy and adverse reaclions belween lhe lwo groups were compared. Results The lolal effeclive rale of lhe observalion group was 93.8%, and lhe lolal effeclive rale of lhe conlrol group was 91.7%, and lhere was no significanl di^erence belween lhe lwo groups （ P〉0.05）; afler lrealmenl, lhe levels of indirecl bilirubin, lolal bilirubin and lolal bile acid of lhe lwo groups significanlly reduced （P 〈0.05）; lhe lolal incidence rale of adverse reaclions in lhe observalion group was significanlly lower lhan lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conlinuous and inlermillenl blue lighl irradialion in lhe lrealmenl of neonalal jaundice can bolh achieve good curalive effecl, bul lhe inlermillenl blue lighl irradialion lrealmenl can e^eclively avoid lhe occurrence of adverse reaclions, which is worlhy of clinical use.
