摘要
目的探讨间隙和持续蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法选择本院100例2017年2月—2019年2月新生儿黄疸患儿。随机分组,持续组每次持续照射12~18 h,中间间隔的时间是6 h,治疗5 d,而间歇组每次持续照射3~6 h,中间间隔的时间是2~4 h,治疗5 d。比较两组新生儿黄疸治疗获得的效果,症状缓解的时间以及副作用、治疗前后患儿胆红素等疾病监测指标。结果间歇组患儿的疗效更高,P<0.05。治疗前持续组、间歇组胆红素等疾病监测指标比较,P>0.05;治疗后间歇组胆红素等疾病监测指标变化幅度更大,P<0.05。间歇组新生儿生理症状和烦躁心理消失时间和持续组比较有优势,P<0.05,间歇组光照副作用低于持续组,P<0.05。结论间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸效果确切,可获得理想效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of interstitial and continuous blue light irradiation on neonatal jaundice.Methods 100 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into groups,the continuous group was continuously irradiated for twelve to eighteen hours each time,the interval time was 6 hours,and the treatment was five days,while the intermittent group was continuously irradiated for three to six hours each time,and the interval time was 2~4 hours.Treatment for five days.The effects of neonatal jaundice treatment,time to symptom relief,side effects,scores of jaundice disease before and after treatment,and percutaneous bilirubin monitoring were compared between the two groups.Results The children in the intermittent group had higher efficacy,P<0.05.The scores of jaundiced disease and percutaneous bilirubin monitoring in continuous group and intermittent group before treatment were compared,P>0.05;the scores of jaundiced disease and percutaneous bilirubin monitoring in intermittent group changed significantly after treatment,P<0.05.The duration of the disappearance of physiological symptoms and irritability in the intermittent group was superior to that in the continuous group,P<0.05,and the side effects of light in the intermittent group were lower than in the continuous group,P<0.05.Conclusion Intermittent blue light irradiation is effective in treating neonatal jaundice,and it can obtain ideal results.
