摘要
目的:对椎间孔镜TESSYS技术在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用和治疗效果进行分析与阐述。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出患者34例,并随访>7个月。所有患者均采用椎间孔镜TESSYS技术进行手术治疗,对患者的治疗效果进行跟踪观察与调查记录。结果:ODI指数术前(31.85±5.8)%,术后3 d(12.58±3.6)%,末次随访时(3.5±2.9)%;腿痛VAS评分术前(7.8±1.7)分,术后3 d(3.5±1.3)分,末次随访时(1.3±0.9)分;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优良率100%。结论:采用椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症可取得较好的治疗效果,同时具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等多种优势。
Objective：To analyze and expound the application and therapeutic effect of intervertebral foramen endoscope TESSYS technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：34 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.The patients were followed up for more than 7 months.All patients underwent transforaminal endoscopic TESSYS technique for surgical treatment.The treatment effect of patients were followed and recorded.Results：ODI index was（31.85±5.8）% before operation;it was（12.58±3.6）% 3 days after operation;the last follow-up was（3.5±2.9）%.Leg pain VAS scores before operation were（7.8±1.7）points;3 d after operation were（3.5±1.3）points;at the end of the follow-up were（1.3±0.9）points.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion：Intervertebral foramen endoscope TESSYS technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can achieve better results.It has many advantages,such as less trauma,quicker recovery and less complications.
