摘要
以苊为原料,经硝化、氧化反应合成了萘系荧光染料关键中间体4-硝基-1,8-萘酐。讨论了反应时间、温度、原料配比等因素对反应的影响,优化了合成反应条件,为该物质的工业化生产积累了重要的基础实验数据。并通过红外光谱、1 H NMR、13 C NMR对产物结构进行了表征。
The key intermediate of naphthalene dye,4-nitro-1,8-naphthalene anhydride is synthesized at a large scale by nitration and oxidation of acenaphthene.In this paper,effects of reaction time,temperature and mole ratio of reaction raw materials are discussed,and the optimum reaction conditions are obtained to provide basic data for commercial process of4-nitro-1,8-naphthalene anhydride.The structure of intermediate and final products are characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR.
