摘要
意见领袖在社交网络中的作用越来越大,准确识别和有效利用潜在的意见领袖对于传播信息、引导舆论、辅助政府决策等具有重要意义。从中心性、影响力、活跃度出发,构建了网络意见领袖识别模型,提出了采用社会网络分析、灰色关联分析对网络意见领袖进行测算的理论框架,并通过"章莹颖事件"进行实证分析。实验结果表明,该模型能较为准确地识别出网络意见领袖。通过观察法发现,粉丝数量是形成意见领袖的基础,原创帖和回复帖数量是巩固意见领袖地位的重要因素。
With the increase in the role of opinion leaders in social networks,identifying and using potential opinion leaders accurately is of great significance for disseminating information,guiding public opinion,and assisting government decision making.From the perspective of centrality,influence and activity,this paper studies a recognition model of the network opinion leaders,and puts forward the theoretical framework of calculating the network opinion leaders by using social network analysis and gray relational analysis,finally carries on the empirical analysis to'Zhang Yingying'.The experimental results show that the model is able to identify the network opinion leader accurately.In addition,through the observation found that the number of fans is the basis for the formation of opinion leaders,the number of original posts and replies is more important factors to consolidate the status of opinion leaders.
