摘要
高校德育建设是高等教育学校进行教学管理工作的重要任务,德育建设工作职能的实现能够对大学生进行道德价值观念以及社会生活理念的引导,能够使大学生正确看待社会生活以及人性中的"美"与"丑",提升大学生的精神风貌和个人素质,促进高校素质教育培养目标的实现。家风是学生在原生家庭中感受到的生活氛围和无形的德育教育力量,本文通过对好家风对高校德育建设的影响进行深入探究,分析家风的内涵、家风对大学生产生的影响、高校在德育建设中面对的问题、利用家风深化高校德育建设的措施,旨在促进高校德育建设的有序进行,进而促进高校德育教育教学目标的实现。
The construction of moral education is an important task of teaching management in higher educational schools. The realization of the function of moral education construction plays a role of guiding students＂ moral values and social life ideas, so that students can view the social life and the ＂beauty＂ and ＂ugly＂ that in human natures correctly, and it also can enhance the spirit and personal qualities of college students, and promote the realization of quality educational goals in higher educational schools. Family tradition is the atmosphere of life and invisible moral education force that students feel in the native family. The article analyzes the influence of the good family tradition on the moral education construction in higher education schools, expounds the connotation of family tradition and the influence of the family tradition on the college students, lists the existing problems during the construction of the moral education, and deepen moral education measures with the family tradition in higher education schools, aims to promote the construction of moral education in an orderly manner, and thus speed up the realization of the moral education in higher educational schools.
