摘要
理论表明,反腐倡廉同经济发展并行不悖,实证证明,党的十八大以来党中央加大反腐倡廉力度,有力地打击设租寻租行为,净化了社会风气,推动政府转变职能,为社会主义经济建设提供优质高效的市场环境,推动了经济社会发展,而目前出现的经济发展速度减缓有着多种原因,我们必须坚定信念,以制度建设为基础,以市场机制为依托,以道德教育为保障,在反腐倡廉中持续推动经济社会转型与发展。
Theories indicate that anti-corruption and economic development can coexist. Practice shows that strengthening the anti-corruption campaign by the Party since the 18 th CPC National Congress has stricken hard the behavior of rent-setting and rent-seeking,purified the general mood of the society,promoted the transformation of the government functions,which provided a high-quality and effective market environment for the socialist economic construction. And there are many reasons for the decelerating of the speed of economic development. We must be firm in our confidence and push forward the transformation and development of economic society with system building as the basis,market mechanism as the support and the moral education as the guarantee.
