摘要 为合理有效地利用原棉资源,避免生产过程中造成浪费,通过原棉的各项性能指标来定量预测成纱质量是一个有效途径。本文收集了59组14.6tex棉卷/生条作为样本,测试了对应成纱的强力、条干CV单纱品质指标。运用国产XJ120快速棉纤维性能测试仪检测出棉卷/生条的12项指标:Mic、Luhm、Ui、Str、Elg、Mat、Rd、+B、CG、TC、TA、TG。采用多元线性回归方法,建立了棉卷/生条XJ120测试性能指标与对应成纱单纱强力、条干CV品质指标的多元线性回归方程模型。结果所得的回归方程模型对棉纺厂的配棉工作具有一定指导意义。 To study the rational use of raw cotton resources and avoid the waste in the production process,an effective way is the quantitative prediction of cotton yarn quality through the performance indexes of raw cotton.59 groups of 14.6 tex cotton roll/cotton sliver were collected as samples,and the strength of corresponding yarn and quality index of CV single yarn were tested.The domestic XJ120 fast fiber performance testing instrument was used to detect the 12 indicators of cotton roll/cotton sliver:Mic,Luhm,Ui,Str,Elg,Mat,Rd,+B,CG,TC,TA,TG.Multivariate linear regression method was applied to establish multivariate linear regression equation model for cotton roll/cotton sliver XJ120 test performance index and the corresponding yarn strength and evenness CV quality index.The results show that the regression equation model has certain guiding significance to cotton assorting.
