摘要
对比三种梳棉机的应用效果。对国产JWF1204A型、JWF1206型和TC10型梳棉机进行了应用对比。在采取合理工艺配置、优化梳理器材等措施的基础上,对比分析了三种梳棉机加工生条质量及成纱质量。试验表明:国产梳棉机与进口梳棉机性能接近。认为:与同类梳棉机相比,国产梳棉机已能完全满足生产工艺要求。
Application of three types of carding machine were compared. The application of JWF1204A, JWF1206 and TC10 carding machines were compared. Based on selecting reasonable process configuration,optimi- zing carding equipment and so on,the card sliver quality and yarn quality produced by the three types of carding machine were compared and analyzed. The test results show that the performance of domestic carding machine is close to imported carding machine. It is considered that domestic carding machine can meet the requirements of production process compared with similar carding machine.
