摘要
通过对浙江某高职院校辅导员的深度访谈分析发现:高职辅导员工作内容繁杂,时间分配难以量化;公寓卫生管理和毕业生跟踪调查是目前辅导员工作的痛点所在;证书和培训的功能形式大于内容;辅导员考核体系与工作内容不匹配;分割剥离工作内容形成专业化岗位是众望所归。对此提出学校应创新辅导员管理模式和健全辅导员工作的考核评价机制从根本上解决辅导员的职业化发展问题。
In-depth interviews of advisors from a Zhejiang-based vocational college show that vocational college advisors have to deal with miscellaneous matters,making it difficult to quantify their time spent on work.Sanitary control of student apartments and follow-up study of the graduates are headaches for these advisors.The certificates and the training they receive are more functional than practically helpful.The evaluation system does not match their job content.Through the interviews,the advisors also expressed a common desire for a job content splitting in the direction of specialization.Vocational colleges should come up with innovative management models and improved evaluation mechanism so as to solve advisors' career developent in a fundamental way.
