摘要
职业认同对高职院校辅导员自身职业发展和高职学生的成长成才具有重要意义。采用自编的高职院校辅导员职业认同问卷,对重庆地区的高职院校辅导员的职业认同现状进行调查和分析,通过对问卷调查结果的分析、比较,结合重庆电子工程职业学院管理实践,探讨提高辅导员工作积极性的可行策略。
The occupational satisfaction on counselors＇ professional career development in vocational college has signifi- cant meaning. By adopting the self - made questionaire of occupational satisfaction on counselors in vocational college, it has investigated and analyzed the status quo of councelors＇ occupational satisfaction in vocational colleges in Chongqing. Combining the previous management experiences, find the methods to improve the councelors＇ abilities, and enhance councelors＇ motivation.
