摘要
分析了当前粮油储藏技术的课程设置和教学模式,基于职业技能竞赛,从人才培养目标和教学理念、教学和评价体系、教师团队建设、实践性教学和实训室建设、校园竞赛等方面提出了粮油储藏技术课程改革建议。
This paper analyzed the current curriculum and teaching mode of Grain and Oil Storage Technology. It of-fered a proposal to the curriculum reform of the course from the aspects of personnel training target,teaching idea,teaching and evaluation system,team construction of teachers,practical teaching and training laboratory constructionand competitions held on campus which was based on vocational skills competition.
