摘要
目的应用CBCT测量拟种植区域骨质密度。方法选取2014年3月~2014年12月天津医科大学口腔医院种植科收治的牙列缺失或牙列缺损患者120例作为研究对象,使用锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)及相关软件测量所有患者254个拟种植位点的骨密度。对其进行统计学分析。结果相对骨密度值为147~661 HU,下颌前牙区最大,上颌前牙区与下颌后牙区次之,上颌后牙区最低。结论 CBCT可作为种植术前骨质密度测量常规手段,以提高种植成功率。
Objective Application of CBCT to measure the pre-implant area of bone density.Methods From March 2014 to December 2014 in Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University planting department were missing teeth or dentition defect in 120 patients as the research object, using cone beam CT(cone beam computed tomography, CBCT) measured in all patients 254 to be planted sites of bone mineral density and the related software. Statistical analysis was performed on it.Results BMD relative value is 147~661 HU, the maximum is anterior mandible, anterior maxilla and mandibular posterior region are followed, after a minimum of maxillary posterior area.Conclusion CBCT can be used as the conventional means of pre-implantation bone density measurement, in order to improve the success rate of planting.
