摘要
针对油田生产现场管理不规范,重复性生产安全隐患反复出现,屡禁不止的现状,依据系统理论和持续改进的思想,设计了"分类排查→分项评估→分级整改→分责考核"的闭环生产安全隐患管理系统,通过持续改进使生产安全隐患管理系统更健康、高效、优化,向实现本质安全的方向努力。
According to the system theory and continuous improvement of ideas,innovative design of the ＂ classification survey → sub-evaluation → grading rectification → split assessment＂ closed-loop production for the production of oil field production is not standardized,repeated production safety hazards recur,repeated prohibition of the status quo safety risk management system,the core idea is through continuous improvement to make production safety hazard management system more healthy,efficient,optimized,to achieve the direction of essential safety efforts.
