摘要
以一种印刷电路板(PCB)生产线改造为例,分析对比改造前后该PCB生产线分板及测试的工艺流程。结合该PCB来料连板的特点以及技术要求,给出了此种PCB生产线自动分板及自动测试的总体设计方案。实际生产表明,该自动分板及自动测试的设计结构简单合理,自动化程度高,减少生产安全隐患,节约人工成本的同时,提高生产效率。
This paper discusses the process of the PCB production line and the test process before and after the transformation of a printed circuit board（PCB） production line. Combined with the characteristics and technical requirements of the PCB,this paper presents the overall design scheme of automatic PCB and automatic test.Practical production shows that the automatic plate division and the design of the automatic test simple and reasonable structure,high degree of automation,reduce production safety hidden trouble,save labor costs at the same time,but also improve production efficiency.
