摘要
为了更好地解决输流管道模态求解问题,利用有限元软件,采用流固耦合法和等效质量法对两端固定封闭条件下的不同参数输流管道的模态进行了计算,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明不同管材、不同管径及不同壁厚的管道,在计算前七阶模态时,等效质量法可以很好地替代流固耦合法。通过研究管道的径厚比,发现在径厚比为8至20范围内,等效质量法模态计算结果的准确性随着径厚比的增大而减小。由此总结出输流管道模态计算的简化方法。
To solve the problem of pipe conveying fluid modal calculation,modalities of pipes conveying fluid under a condition of both ends fixed w ith different parameters w ere calculated by fluid-structure interaction method and equivalent mass method. Comparisons betw een calculated results and experimental results show that the equivalent mass method could calculate the seven order modality of pipes even w ith different materials,diameters and w all thicknesses instead of fluid-structure interaction method. Studies of the pipes' radius-thickness ratio show that the accuracy by the equivalent mass method decreased w ith the increasing radius-thickness ratio w ith a range of 8 to 20. A simplified modal calculation method for pipe conveying fluid w as further summarized.
