摘要
为了避免输油泵失效事故的发生,最有效的措施就是对输油泵进行振动监测和故障诊断。介绍了输油泵振动监测的意义,从数学模型、测振仪选择、测点布置、频谱分析以及故障诊断等方面阐述了输油泵振动监测与故障诊断系统的原理及方法,并指出了基于模式识别技术的多微机在线监测与计算机辅助诊断系统是其未来的研究方向。
In order not to occur the oil pump invalidation troubles, the most valid measure is to take the vibration monitoring and malfunction diagnosis. The article introduced the meaning to develop the oil pump' s vibration monitor, elaborated the principles and methods of the oil pump vibration monitor and malfunction diagnose system, from the aspects of the mathematics model, selection of the vibration measurer, disposal of measuring points, frequency - chart analysis and malfunction diagnose, etc. It also pointed out aftertime' s development direction is the on- line monitor and computer aided diagnosis system used multiproeessor based on the mode identify technique in the meantime.
