摘要 对高温中压蒸汽环境下使用的硬密封球阀进行设计计算,描述阀体、阀座密封系统、阀杆密封、支撑轴承的设计过程。利用FLUENT软件对球阀全开状态下的流阻系数进行仿真计算。结果表明,DNl25口径球阀的流阻系数仅为0.07。 The design and calculation of the hard sealed ball valve used in the high temperature and medium pressure steam environment were carried out. The design process of the valve body, the valve seat sealing system, the stem seal and the support- ing bearing were described. The FLUENT software was used to simulate the flow resistance coefficient under full open condition. The result showed that the flow resistance coefficient of DN125 ball valve is only 0.07.
