多民族地区初中生民族认同、文化适应策略与多元文化意识关系之探究 被引量:3

A Study of the Relationship among Ethnic Identity,Cultural Adaptation Strategy and Multicultural Consciousness of Middle School Students in Multi-ethnic Regions

摘要 在一个多民族国家中,如何促进不同民族学生多元文化意识的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。本研究选取云南省五个民族的初中生进行问卷调查,对其多元文化意识现状及民族认同、文化适应策略对多元文化意识的影响机制进行探究,结果表明:(1)当前少数民族初中生多元文化意识虽高于理论均值,但仍存在很大的提升空间;(2)整合、分离的文化适应策略在民族认同和多元文化意识的关系中起着部分中介作用,而同化、边缘化两种策略的中介作用不显著。由于民族认同能正向地预测多元文化意识,文化适应策略能显著地影响多元文化意识,因而要重视培养多民族地区学生积极的民族认同,引导学生形成正向的文化适应策略,从而促进学生多元文化意识的发展。 In a multinational country,it is of important theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of multicultural consciousness of students of different ethnic groups. This study investigated middle school students of five ethnic groups in Yunnan through questionnaire about their multicultural consciousness and the influence of ethnic identity and cultural adaptation strategy on it. The results show that 1) though their multicultural consciousness is higher than theoretical mean,there is still a lot of room for improvement; and 2) in the relationship between ethnic identity and multicultural consciousness,the cultural adaptation strategies of integration and separation play a partial intermediary role,while the intermediary role of the strategies of assimilation and marginalization is insignificant. Because ethnic identity can positively predict multicultural consciousness, and cultural adaptation strategies have a significant influence on it,therefore,importance should be attached to cultivating students' ethnic identity and guiding them to develop positive cultural adaptation strategies so as to promote their development of multicultural consciousness.
