摘要
目的观察气管炎疫苗联合中药补益剂治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择检查并用药3个月及以上老年慢性支气管炎患者178例,将使用气管炎疫苗联合中药补益剂治疗的患者135例设为治疗组,未使用该治疗方法的患者43例设为对照组,观察并记录两组患者疾病发展情况,并进行统计学分析。结果在急性发作期常规治疗基础上使用气管炎疫苗联合中药补益剂进行缓解期治疗有较好的预防急性发作和减轻急性发作症状的作用,且治疗组患者对治疗效果较为满意。结论在老年慢性支气管炎急性期常规用药的基础上使用气管炎疫苗联合中药补益剂的方法用于缓解期治疗能够起到更好的减轻和预防慢性支气管炎急性发作症状的作用。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects on senile chronic bronchitis treated with bronchitis vaccination and tonic herbal medicine. Methods One hundred and seventy - eight patients diagnosed as senile chronic bronchitis and treated with medication over 3 months in the hospital were select- ed. Of them, 135 cases were treated with the bronchitis vaccination and tonic herbal medicine in the treatment group and the rest 43 cases did not receive this therapy in the control group. The development of sickness was observed and recorded in the two groups. The statistical analysis was conducted. Results At the acute attack stage, besides the routine treatment, the combination of bronchitis vaccination and tonic herbal medicine effec- tively prevents from the acute attack and alleviates the symptoms of acute attack at the remission stage. The patients in the treatment group are satisfactory to the therapeutic effects. Conclusion On the basis of the routine treatment of senile chronic bronchitis, the combination of bronchitis vaccination and tonic herbal medi- cine effectively alleviates and prevents from the symptoms of acute attack at the remission stage.
