摘要
解淀粉芽孢杆菌是具有良好生物防治功能的益生菌,广泛应用于植物病原真菌和细菌的防治,其功能基因组、蛋白组和代谢组学的研究已取得了一定的进展。综述了解淀粉芽孢杆菌在分类学鉴定、抗菌物质、抗菌机理以及与植物互作等方面的最新研究进展。
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is a probiotic bacterium with good biological control functions. The bacterium has been widely used in the control of plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria. Recently, research on B. amyloliquefaciens was focused on its omics inclu- ding functional genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. In this paper, research progresses in taxonomy classification of B. amyloliquefaciens, antimicrobial compounds and mechanism, and interaction between B. amyloliquefaciens and its host plants are re- viewed.
