摘要
为耐盐辣椒新品种的选育和合理种植提供参考,采用单因素试验方法研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对宇航四号朝天椒种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:1)低浓度(≤100mmol/L)NaCl溶液对宇航四号朝天椒种子萌发和幼苗生长具有促进作用,高浓度(≥200mmol/L)则显著抑制种子萌发和幼苗生长。其中,100mmol/L NaCl溶液处理种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗鲜重等指标分别较CK(去离子水)提高13.67%、34.00%、30.07%、0.69和6.05mg;250mmol/L NaCl溶液处理种子的各指标分别较CK降低2.33%、60%、27.57%、1.13和22.45mg。2)处理14d后,幼苗丙二醛、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量均有不同程度的升高,100 mmol/L NaCl溶液处理幼苗的各指标较CK分别提高1.02μmol/g、7.61mg/g和7.19μg/g。在生产中,低浓度NaCl溶液(≤100mmol/L)不仅可以促进种子萌发,提高发芽率,还可以促进幼苗保持较好的生长状态。
In order to provide references for the selection and breeding of new salt-tolerant pepper varieties and the reasonable cultivation of pepper,the authors investigated the effects of NaCl stress at different concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of C.annuumvar.conoides(Space four)by the single-factor test method.The results showed as follow:1)The low concentration NaCl solution(≤100mmol/L)promoted the seed germination and seedling growth of C.annuum var.conoides(Space four),while high concentration NaCl solution(≥ 200 mmol/L)significantly inhibited their seed germination and seedling growth.The seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index and seedling fresh weight index of 100 mmol/L NaCl treatment group were higher than CK respectively by 13.67%,34.00%,30.07%,0.69 and 6.05 mg.While those of 250 mmol/L NaCl treatment group were less than CK by 2.33%,60%,27.57%,1.13 and 22.45 mg,respectively.2)After NaCl solution treatment for 14 d,the contents of malondialdehyde,soluble sugar and proline in seedlings increased in varying degrees,those of 100 mmol/L NaCl treatment group were higher than CK by 1.02μmol/g,7.61 mg/g and 7.19μg/g,respectively.In production practice,the low concentration NaCl solution(≤100mmol/L),not only can promote the germination of seeds,improve germination rate,but also maintain good growth state of the seedlings.
