摘要
本文从辣椒消费量、辣椒加工和国际贸易量等方面分析了我国辣椒产业的市场潜力；从辣椒的种植面积、总产量、栽培方式、品种利用等方面分析了我国辣椒生产的现状和存在问题，提出辣椒生产的新趋势；从辣椒育种和基础研究两方面对我国辣椒研究现状与发达国家之间进行了比较，并提出了今后辣椒研究的方向；对我国辣椒种业现状与发达国家进行比较，分析了目前国外品种对我国辣椒种业的影响；针对国际国内市场，为增加我国辣椒产业的核心竞争力，提出了一些建议。
In the paper, market potential of China＇ s pepper industry development is estimated based on the review of pepper＇ s total consumption, its product processing and the international trade in the country. The current situation and problems existing in pepper＇s production in the country are analyzed dependent on the pepper＇s planting area, total yield, cultivation patterns and varietals utilization, and according to it, new development trends are pointed out, Direction and objects of China＇s pepper scientific research are put forward on the basis of the comparisons between our country and the developed countries in the world in pepper＇s breeding science and its basic research level. Effect of foreign pepper varieties on China＇ s pepper seed industry is also analyzed and my proposals to it are provided to strengthen our competition with the world in the industry field.
