摘要
为研究变压器振动测试中测点合理选择的方法,利用有限元分析法对变压器整体开展模态及谐波响应分析,通过对一台500 kVA、10 kV/400 A的油浸式变压器振动信号进行有限元仿真计算,比较变压器油箱各表面振动状态,寻找变压器振动测试时的最佳测点位置,总结了变压器振动测试时测点布置的一般性原则,现场测试结果表明这一方法切实可行,为开展变压器状态评估研究提供了参考。
In order to study reasonable selection methods for measuring points in transformer vibration testing, the finite ele-ment analysis method was used for analysis on modal and harmonic response of the transformer. By means of finite element simulation calculation on vibration signals of one 500 kVA and one 10 kV/400 A oil immersed transformers, surface vibra-tion states of transformer oil tanks were compared so as to search the optimal position of the mgeneral principle for measuring point configuration for transformer vibration testing. Field test resutt indicates this method is feasible for evaluation and study on transformer state.
