摘要 针对空间飞行器中小模数齿轮寿命实验中振动测点定位难的问题,提出一种确定振动测点最佳位置方法。通过对齿轮系统进行有限元模态分析和谐响应分析,得到系统刚度分布,进而计算待选测点的谐响应幅值及矢量和,判定振动测点的理论最佳位置。搭建空间齿轮传动系统实验平台,采用峭度指标法对理论分析得到的最佳测点进行实验验证。实验表明:理论分析得到的9个最优测点中,8个测点理论分析结果和实验结果基本一致,说明方法的正确性。该方法为齿轮箱等复杂系统振动测点布置和优化提供理论依据,对空间飞行器驱动机构寿命实验研究有重要意义。 An effective method was presented to locate the best vibration measurement points in a small module space gear life experiment for overcoming the blindness of arranging measurement points with the traditional methods and improving the precision of signal testing. The stiffness distribution of a system was obtained by using the finite element modal and harmonic response analysis. The vector sum of harmonic response amplitude was cateulated and the theoretical best locations of vibration measurement points were determined. The theoretical best vibration measurement points were verified by using the kurtosis index method based on a space gear vibration platform. The experimental results showed that eight of nine theoretical points are in good agreement with the experimental results. It proved the validity of the presented method. The results provided a theoretical and experimental foundation for further study on space vehicle transmission mechanism life.
