摘要
社区医疗是我国医疗体系的重要组成部分。近年来,随着国家对社区医疗的重视,关于社区医疗的学术研究成果也日益增多,但社区医疗研究还存在诸如研究观念缺乏对人的关注、研究力量主要局限在医学领域、研究内容忽略社区医学的双重属性、研究方法单一且无法深入了解社区医疗对象的真实情况等困境。社区医疗研究不仅属于医学研究的领域,同时也是人文社会科学所关注的范畴。人类学是一门研究人及其文化的综合性学科,其田野调查等研究方法已被很多学科研究所借鉴与使用。基于社区医疗研究的现状,分析人类学田野调查方法对社区医疗研究的意义,探讨如何运用人类学的田野调查方法,将人类学所具有的人文情怀与现实关怀、研究方法中所具有的包容性与跨学科性应用到社区医疗研究中,定会为社区医疗研究开拓新的研究视角。
Community healthcare is a very important part of Chinese healthcare system.Despite increased attention on community healthcare in recent years,several challenges still exist in community healthcare studies,such as a lack of attention on humans,merely focusing on the medical aspect,negligence of its dual properties,and limited research methods that cannot provide a deep understanding of the real situation of the subjects.Community healthcare studies not only belong to medical research,but also to the domain of anthropology and sociology.Anthropology is a comprehensive discipline that studies humans and their cultures,and its methodologies such as field research have been adopted by many other disciplines.Based on the current situation of community healthcare studies,it is important to investigate the use of anthropological field research in community healthcare studies,and explore how to introduce humanistic feelings and realistic concerns as well as the inclusive and interdisciplinary properties of anthropological studies into community healthcare studies.It is believed that this would open up a new promising avenue for community healthcare studies.
