摘要
利用喷涂聚脲材料作为混凝土面板坝的裂缝防护材料,并创新采用高柔性聚氨酯材料作为塑性过渡层,提出高渗透加固型基层处理剂/聚氨酯塑性过渡层/聚脲层的复合防护体系,有效抑制由于基层沉降或伸缩变形引起的裂缝变形对表层防护材料的影响,避免由于零断裂延伸原理引起有机防护层的开裂,为混凝土面板坝表面裂缝处理提供了新的材料和技术方案。对复合防护体系力学性能、抗冲击能力、抗冻融性、粘结强度、裂缝适应性等综合性能进行评价,结果显示,以聚脲为主材构筑的复合防护层具有优异的综合防护效果,该复合防护体系在四川省甘孜州某水电站成功进行试用。
Taking sprayed polyurea material as crack protection material of concrete face dam and high-flexible polyurethane material as plastic transition layer, a kind of combo-coating with high-penetration base treatment agent/polyurethane plastic transition layer/polyurea layer is designed, which can effectively restrain the effects of cracking caused foundation settlement or deformation on surface protective layer and prevent the cracking of organic protection layer caused by zero fault extension. The combo-coating provides a new material and technical scheme for surface crack treatment of concrete face dam. The mechanical properties, impact resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, bond strength and crack adaptability of the combo-coating system are evaluated, and the results show that the combo-coating has excellent comprehensive protective effect. The COmbO-coating has been successfully tested in a hydropower station in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province.
