摘要
以青杉水库面板混凝土冬季施工为例,提出3种面板混凝土裂缝防控施工方案。数值分析结果表明,在6℃~10℃的浇筑温度下,掺入微膨胀剂+厚8 cm聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板进行保温,能够显著降低面板混凝土的早期开裂风险;在此施工环境下,不建议对面板混凝土进行配筋,同时还应尽量减少与垫层的约束,在混凝土养护期间应严格执行保温、保湿措施,直至水库蓄水。
Taking the winter construction of panel concrete in Qingshan reservoir as an example,three construction schemes for crack prevention and control of panel concrete are proposed.The numerical analysis results show that,at the temperature of 6℃~10℃,the thermal cracking of the concrete with small expansion agent + 8 cm thick polystyrene foam insulation board can significantly reduce the early cracking risk of the panel concrete.In this construction environment,it is not recommended to reinforce the slab concrete,and at the same time,the constraint should be reduced as much as possible.During concrete curing,thermal insulation and moisturizing measures shall be strictly implemented until the reservoir is filled with water.
