摘要
目的了解当前医学生网络成瘾现状及特点,并对其影响因素进行分析,为医学院校开展对网络成瘾医学生的教育和管理提供理论参考依据,最大限度帮助医学生戒除网瘾及促进心理健康。方法采用分层整群随机抽样选取符合标准的芜湖市医学院校学生838例,使用一般人口学资料、Young的网络成瘾量表和孤独量表(UCLA)对其进行网络成瘾现状调查,并分析其相关影响因素。结果在所调查的838例芜湖市医学生中,Young的网络成瘾量表平均得分(44.01±14.85)分,无网络成瘾389例(46.4%),轻度网络成瘾335例(40.0%),中度网络成瘾68例(8.1%),重度网络成瘾46例(5.5%);运用SPSS22.0统计分析10个影响因素,其中年级、性别、学历、生源地、是否独生子女、是否玩网络游戏、与室友关系、孤独量表(UCLA)各组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芜湖地区医学生网络成瘾情况较为普遍,与多方面影响因素有关,应具体问题具体分析采取有效干预措施。
Objective To understand the current situation and characteristics of Internet addiction（ IAD） for medical students,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for medical colleges to carry out the education and management of medical students with IAD,and to help them quit Internet addiction and promote mental health. Methods 838 medical students in Wuhu City were selected by means of stratified cluster random sampling. The present situation of their Internet addiction was investigated and its influencing factors were analyzed with the general demographic data,Young Internet Addiction Scale and UCLA Loneliness Scale. Results Among the 838 cases of medical students in Wuhu, the average score with Young Internet Addiction Scale was（ 44. 01±14. 85）. There were 389 cases（ 46. 4%） without internet addiction,335 cases（ 40%） with mild Internet addiction,68 cases（ 8. 1%） with moderate Internet addiction,and 46 cases（ 5. 5%） with severe Internet addiction. Among the 10 factors analyzed by SPSS22. 0, there was statistically significance in differences in grade, gender, education background, origins of the students,only child or not,playing online games or not,and roommate relationship,and Loneliness Scale（ UCLA） comparison among groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The prevalence of Internet addiction among medical students in Wuhu is related to many factors. We should make a concrete analysis of concrete issues and take effective intervention measures.
