摘要
榄香烯(主要是β-榄香烯)是安全性好的多谱抗癌活性成分。榄香烯原料药存在稳定性差、易挥发、非水溶性等问题,其制剂在给药时用药剂量大、生物利用度低。目前,通过肿瘤靶向递送系统解决榄香烯的以上问题已获得初步成就。本文旨在通过对近年来榄香烯药物递送系统相关文献的综述,对榄香烯药物递送系统(包括物理靶向、纳米粒、微乳、微球、微胶囊、脂质体)的设计、特点及应用进行总结,为榄香烯的进一步研究提供参考。
Elemene( mainly β-elemene) exhibits broad-spectrum anti-cancer activity with good safety to human body. Elemene has disadvantages of low solubility in water,weak stability and easy volatilization, and its formulation has to be used in a high dosage due to its weak bioavailability. Tumor-targeting drug delivery system has solved the above problems of elemene preliminarily. This paper aims to systemically summarize the advanced progress on novel delivery systems of elemene, such as physical targeting technique, solid lipid nanoparticle,micro emulsion,microcapsule and liposome, so as to provide scientific foundation for further study on elemene.
