摘要
将核桃花粗粉用乙酸乙酯超声提取,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对核桃花中的挥发性成分进行定性分析。从核桃花粗粉中分离出60余种挥发性成分,采用NIST 2017质谱检索数据库对照分析,并参考有关文献数据共鉴定出29种挥发性成分。核桃花中所含的挥发性成分复杂多样,主要成分为萜类、醇类、烷烃、酯类等;这些成分具有广泛的生物活性,可为核桃花资源的开发利用和质量控制提供科学依据。
The crude powder of the flowers of Juglans regia was extracted by ultrasonic with ethyl acetate,and the volatile components were analyzed by GC-MS.More than 60 kinds of volatile components were isolated from the coarse powder of the flowers,and were identified by NIST 2017 mass spectrometry retrieval database and related literature data.A total of 29 volatile components were identified.The volatile components from the flowers of J.regia are complex and diverse.The main components are terpenoids,alcohols,alkanes,esters and so on.These constituents have a wide range of biological activities,which can provide scientific reference for the development,utilization and quality control of the flowers of J.regia.
