摘要
结直肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类健康。目前结直肠癌最有效的治疗手段包括手术、化疗和放疗。然而放化疗不良反应严重、继发耐药常见,急需加入更多新的治疗方法改善治疗现状。最新的分子生物学研究显示一些中药能抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡。临床实验发现中药治疗不仅能减轻放化疗引起的不良反应,提高生活质量,同时中药联合化疗在晚期结直肠癌患者的治疗中疗效显著。因此传统中药单药或与放化疗联合作为一种新疗法已逐渐进入结直肠癌的临床治疗中。文章回顾了当前传统中药在结直肠癌治疗中的应用情况,希望为结肠癌临床治疗提供更完善的方案,使患者获得更好的治疗效果。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system,as a serious threat to human health.At present,the most effective treatments for colorectal cancer include surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.However,there are serious adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Meanwhile,the secondary resistance to chemotherapy is in common.At present,we urgent need to explore more new treatments to improve the treatment status.Molecular biology of the new study shows that some Chinese herbal medicine can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis.Clinical trials found that Chinese medicine treatment can not only reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.Moreover,traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in combination with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer significantly.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine alone or combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy as a new therapy has gradually entered the clinical treatment colorectal cancer.This article reviews the current situation of application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer in order to provide more perfect scheme for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer,so that patients get better treatment effect.
