摘要
群众路线的审判方式是群众路线在司法领域的体现。群众路线存在三种形态,即作为一种工作态度的群众路线、作为一种工作方式的群众路线和作为一种工作技术的群众路线。在司法领域,作为一种工作技术的群众路线,应当实现从政治向法律的专业化和职业化之转变。
The trial mode of the mass line is the embodiment of the mass line in justice. There are three forms of mass line,the mass line as a working attitude,the mass line as a working method and the mass line as a kind of work technology. In the field of justice,As work technology,the mass line of justice should be transformed from politics to law.
