摘要
为优化金花葵总黄酮的超声提取工艺,在单因素基础上,采用响应曲面法对影响总黄酮得率的乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间及料液比进行了优化。结果表明,在提取温度为31.97℃、提取时间为35.92 min、乙醇浓度(乙醇与蒸馏水)为50.56%、料液比为1∶21.22的条件下,金花葵中提取总黄酮的提取率最高为50.52%。
To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in abelmoschus manihot, on the basis of single factor, the volume fraction of ethanol, extraction temperature, extraction time and material liquid ratio were optimized by response surface methodology. The results show that the extraction temperature is 31.97 ℃, extraction time was 35.92 min,the concentration of ethanol( ethanol and distilled water) is 50.56%, the ratio of material-liquid is 1∶21.22, the highest extraction rate of total flavonoids of abelmoschus manihot is 50.52%
