摘要
基于不同弯曲荷载水平作用下的氯盐侵蚀模拟试验,研究了混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的不均匀性。结果表明:受拉区钢筋锈蚀率随着弯曲荷载水平的提高而增大;较低弯曲荷载水平时,受拉钢筋锈蚀比较均匀;较高弯曲荷载水平作用下,受拉钢筋表面的锈坑数量增多、深度增大,且沿长度方向锈蚀分布更加不均匀,呈现出较强的随机性。
Based on an erosion simulation test under the action of different level flexural loads and the chlorine environment,the corrosion non-uniformity of steel in concrete were studied.The results showed that the corrosion rates of rebar in tensile concrete increases with the increase of flexural load level, and the corrosion of reinforcement in tensile concrete is more uniform under lower flexural load. Under higher level flexural loads, quantity and depth of rust pit on the bar surface in tensile concrete are all increase, and corrosion of bars is more non-uniform with strong randomness along the length direction distribution.
