摘要
目的:研究泻火达衡汤对雌性大鼠抗精子抗体和小鼠血清抗心磷脂抗体的抑制作用。方法:建立As Ab阳性大鼠模型,采用ig给药方法,在免疫前后1周取血,采用ELISA法测定As Ab,比较各组大鼠受孕率及孕鼠平均着床点数以及相关的抗原表达情况;皮下注射环磷酰胺,ig给药14d后摘眼球取血,将所有血样静置分层后,离心分离出血清,测定小鼠血清抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)水平。结果:泻火达衡汤5g/kg和10 g/kg剂量组能明显提高抗精子抗体阳性大鼠模型的受孕率,降低模型大鼠的抗精子抗体(AsA b)水平,对模型大鼠子宫内膜IgA的表达有明显抑制作用;泻火达衡汤5 g/kg、10 g/kg、20 g/kg剂量组对环磷酰胺诱导小鼠血清抗心磷脂抗体有明显的抑制作用,但对抗精子抗体阳性大鼠血清IL-2和β-EP水平作用不明显。结论:泻火达衡汤对雌性大鼠抗精子抗体和小鼠血清抗心磷脂抗体具有抑制作用。
Objective： To investigate the inhibition of Xiehuodaheng Tang on balance of antisperm antibody and anticardiolipin antibody in female rats. Methods： The As Ab positive rats model reference Songping Luo method,using ig method of administration in the blood before and 1weeks after immunization,As Ab was determined by ELISA method,compared the pregnancy rate and average bed points of pregnant rats and related antigen expression; Si of cyclophosphamide,ig after administration of 14 d,the eyeball blood,all blood layering,centrifugal separation of serum,serum anticardiolipin antibody（ ACA） level in mice. Results： Xiehuodaheng Tang decoction can significantly improve the anti sperm antibody positive rat model of pregnancy rate,reduce the rat model of anti sperm antibody（ As Ab） levels on the expression of IgA in endometrium of rats had obvious inhibitory effects; inhibited significantly the serum anticardiolipin antibody in mice induced by cyclophosphamide. However,there was no significant effect on serum IL-2 and beta-EP levels in rats with antisperm antibody positive. Conclusion： Xiehuodaheng Tang on female rat anti sperm antibody and anticardiolipin antibody inhibited mice.
