摘要
Dickkopf-1(DKK1)是Wnt信号通路的一种拮抗剂,他在肿瘤的发生、发展中起着重要的作用.多项研究表明,DKK1在不同肿瘤中组织学和血清学的表达水平不同,说明其对于不同肿瘤发生、发展的作用机制也不完全相同.近年来有较多DKK1与消化系肿瘤的相关研究报道,我们通过学习相关文献,发现DKK1在消化系不同肿瘤中的表现也不一致.
As an endogenous inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway, Dickkopf-1 （DKK1） plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. However, the role of DKK1 in different tumor types is different, as it is lowly expressed in some tumor types, but over-expressed inothers. In recent years, there have been many studies on the role of DKK1 in gastrointestinal tumors. In this paper, we review the latest progress in the understanding of the role of DKK1 in gastrointestinal tumors.
