摘要
目的分析孕妇血清维生素A(Vit A)、维生素E(Vit E)、维生素D(Vit D)水平,为临床指导孕妇合理补充Vit A、Vit E、Vit D及预防相关疾病的发生提供参考。方法收集2016年1月至2017年5月在大连市金州区第一人民医院产科门诊常规产检孕妇878例,采用高效液相色谱法检测血清Vit A、Vit E水平,采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测血清25(OH)D水平,采用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行统计学处理。结果 878名孕妇血清Vit A水平为(0.38±0.10)mg/L,血清Vit E水平为(13.52±4.21)mg/L,血清25(OH)D水平为(17.88±8.80)ng/m L;血清Vit A总体异常率21.64%,其中缺乏率21.41%,过量率0.23%,孕早期Vit A缺乏率最高为30.80%;血清Vit E总体异常率7.40%,其中缺乏率0.23%,过量率7.18%;血清25(OH)D总体异常率66.97%,均为Vit D缺乏情况。结论孕妇Vit A、Vit D缺乏普遍存在,Vit E则存在过量情况,需要在孕期定期进行血清Vit A、Vit E、25(OH)D水平监测,合理正确补充,对保障母婴健康有重要意义。
Objective To study and analyze serum levels of vitamin A （VitA）, vitamin E （Vit E） and vitamin D （ VitD ） in pregnancy, and to provide a reference for the reasonable supplementation of VitA, VitE, VitD and preventing from related diseases. Methods A total of 878 cases of pregnancy patients were chosen from the obstetrics clinic of our hospital during January 2016 to May 2017. The levels of VitA and VitE were determined by high-performance liquid chromatogra- phy, and the level of 25 （OH）D was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Dealing the data with SPSS19.0. Results The levels of VitA,VitE,25-（OH） D were （0. 38 _＋ 0. 10） rag/L, （ 13.52 ＋- 4. 21 ） mg/L and （ 17.88 ＋ 8.80） ng/mL. The total abnormal rate of VitA was 21.64% with main performance of lacking （21.41%）. The rate of lacking in early pregnancy （30. 80% ） was highest. The total abnormal rate of VitE was 7.40% with excess （7.18%） as the main performance. The total abnormal rate of 25-（OH） D was 66. 97% with all the eases was deficiency. Conclusion The nutrition status of VitA and 25- （OH） D in pregnancy is not optimistic, while VitE is presence of excess. Therefore attaching great importance to the monitoring of VitA, VitE and 25-（OH） D levels in pregnancy, guiding rational correct prenatal vitamins supplement have importance to the health and safety of maternal and fetal.
