摘要
文章分析了无水乙醇、丙酮及石油醚在超声辅助下对麦秆的萃取效果。结果表明,无水乙醇的萃取效果最好,丙酮次之,石油醚最差。随着萃取时间的延长,3种溶剂的萃取率均增大,萃取15 h,乙醇、丙酮、石油醚的萃取率分别为26.4%,24.5%及17.1%。FTIR分析显示,乙醇中萃取物种类多于丙酮和石油醚,丙酮最少,仅能观察到羟基及C=O的吸收峰,其余吸收峰不明显。
In this paper, the effects of ethanol, acetone and petroleum ether extraction of wheat straw by ultrasonic wave were studied. The results showed that the effect of extraction of anhydrous ethanol was the best, followed by acetone and petroleum ether. With prolonging the extraction time, the extraction rate of three kinds of solvent extraction were increased. The extraction rates of ethanol, acetone and petroleum ether were 26.4%, 24.5% and 17.1% respectively with 15 h ethanol. The FTIR analysis showed that the extraction of ethanol was more than that of acetone and petroleum ether, which only observed the absorption peaks of hydroxyl and C=O, the rest of the absorption peak was not obvious.
