摘要
蜜蜂在现代农业中的地位越来越重要,其授粉效率直接关系到农作物的产量和质量。花粉和花蜜是蜜蜂的主要食物来源,其中花粉采集与蜜蜂的授粉效率关系密切。蜜蜂在采集花蜜或花粉时,身上会粘附花粉,蜜蜂在同种植物的不同花朵之间穿梭采集并无意中将花粉带到柱头上从而完成授粉。本文主要综述了蜜蜂体表携带花粉种类鉴定、花粉粒计数及花粉活力测定等方面的研究方法,并比较了各种方法的优缺点,以期为其他同仁开展此类研究提供一些有益的帮助。
Honeybees play a more and more important role in modern agriculture because their pollination efficiency has a direct relation to yield and quality of crops. Pollen and nectar are mainly food source of honeybees, and their behavior of foraging pollen has a great relation to the pollination efficiency of them. The pollen will adhere on the bodies of honeybees when they collect nectar or pollen, and the pollen on honeybees will touch the stigma and pollination will be finished. This paper mainly introduced the methods of evaluating pollen identity, pollen quantity and pollen viability on honeybees, their merit and demerit of these methods in order to provide some helpful advice to other researchers.
