摘要
对应用于果树种质资源研究的各种方法进行了系统地论述。文中介绍了传统的形态学、蛋白质凝胶电泳、DNA分子技术、孢粉学方法在果树种质资源鉴定方面的应用及解决的问题;论述了孢粉学应用的进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Various methods which have been applied in research of fruit germplasm resource were discussed in the paper . Applications and restrictions of the traditional morphological,protein gel electrophoresis , DNA molecular techniques , palyno logical methods were summarized . The prospects of applications of palynological were analyzed later .
