摘要
目的通过测量老年血脂异常病人的人体成分,研究老年血脂异常病人的血脂水平与人体成分的关系。方法随机选取体检的老年(年龄≥60岁)血脂异常病人和正常人群各100例,应用IOI353人体成分分析仪分析所有对象的人体成分,包括体质量、体脂量、肌肉量、腹部肥胖度、体脂率和体质量指数。比较2组人体成分的差异并对血脂水平与人体成分的关系进行相关性分析。结果与对照组相比,血脂异常组腹部肥胖度增高(P=0.01),其中低密度脂蛋白与肌肉量呈负相关(r=-0.20),甘油三脂与体质量(r=0.25)、体质量指数(r=0.29)呈正相关。结论老年人血脂异常导致腹型肥胖,在血脂异常人群中,体质量与甘油三脂水平相关,与低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白相关性不明显。
Objective To explore the relationship between blood lipid and body composition by measuring the body composition of elderly patients with abnormal blood lipid. Methods 100 patients with dyslipidemia and 100 normal elderly（ age ≥ 60 years） were randomly selected,and the body composition was detected through the IOI353. The relationships between the blood lipid abnormalities and weight,body fat,muscle weight,abdominal fat were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the abdominal obesity increased in dyslipidemia group（ 12. 1±2. 4 vs 10. 1±3. 5,P = 0. 01）. The level of low density lipoprotein was negatively correlated with muscle weight（ r =-0. 20）, while triglyceride was positively correlated with body weight（ r = 0. 25） and body mass index（ r = 0. 29）.Conclusions The abdominal obesity increases in elderly patients with dyslipidemia. And the body weight is closely related to the triglyceride.
