摘要
许多研究对衰老机体肌肉力量减退及其相关的老龄化疾病进行了探索,对老年人肌肉力量下降的发生机制有了一定认识,并认为运动锻炼是预防和改善肌肉力量减退、肌肉量流失的有效途径。文章就近年来对老年人肌肉力量减退的相关研究进行整理,综述力量训练与民族传统体育运动对老年人肌肉力量的影响,为老年人群的体育锻炼提供借鉴与参考。
A lot of research on aging body muscle strength loss and its related explores the aging diseases of the elderly has some knowledge the mechanism of muscle strength decreased,and argued that the exercise is to prevent and improve muscle strength loss and the effective ways to loss of muscle mass.Articles in the elderly decreased muscle strength of the relevant research,in strength training and the influence of the ethnic traditional sports for the old muscle strength,to offer reference for the physical exercise of the elderly.
