摘要
通过对火电厂现有的工艺、布置及设备的综合分析,并考虑到投资、能耗、维护费用、技术的可靠性、改造周期、改造措施以及设备检修维护等方面因素,对火电厂超低排放改造提出了以下措施:除尘体系改造选择高效除尘除雾技术;脱硫系统改造采用增加高效脱硫装置的方案;脱硝系统改造采用更换催化剂的方案。
Through the comprehensive analysis of the existing technology, layout and equipment in thermal power plant, and taking into account some factors such as the investment, energy consumption, maintenance cost, the reliability of technology, reformation period, reformation measures and equipment maintenance, this paper puts forward the following measures for ultra-low emission reformation in thermal power plant: the reformation of dust removal system selects the efficient dust removal and mist removal technology ; the reformation of desulfurization system adopts the plan of increasing high efficiency desulfurization unit; the reformation of nitrate removal system adopts the plan of replacing the catalyst.
